Waitlist Agreement
Our waitlist guarantees you get to choose your favorite kitten, and the $500 deposit paid is applied to your choice kitten to hold until pick up at 12 weeks old!
In order to be added to our waitlist, we require a deposit of $500(which is applied to the price of your kitten). You will then be placed next in line to choose a kitten from the next available litter; you may pass on any or every kitten until the right comes along while still holding your place in line. As other families ahead of you make their selection, you will move up the list in consecutive order. While you may be lower on the list, that does not count you out as others can pass on available kittens making your first choice available right away. We only take 3-6 families at a time on our waitlist so is that families do not have to wait long for their dream kitten to be born! All waitlist deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE! Once individual kitten is chosen, the deposit is now considered "used" for the purpose of holding your chosen baby until final payment is due at 12 weeks old for pick up or 2 weeks prior for shipping services.
Failure to communicate final pick up/delivery arrangements by 8 weeks of age will constitute as forfeiture of deposit paid, and the kitten will be available for sale once again.
